Background
Lot221 is a Dakar-based real estate company with offices in Dakar (Cité Teliom, VDN) and Mbour, active in property development, property management and construction. Before the site, the property catalogue — sales, rentals, projects underway — existed nowhere online: every listing was passed on by word of mouth or by message.
