Multi-location networks

Every branch visible locally, managed from a single place

One brand, one network, a single console

Your customers are not searching for your brand: they are searching for the branch closest to them. We take charge of the online presence of every location — listings, local pages, reviews, bookings — and distribute it on SenPages, the directory of Senegalese businesses that we operate. Without head office losing control of its brand.

Decisive — weight of "brand + city" searches before a branch visit

The problem

A network is judged branch by branch

Head office manages a brand; the customer only ever sees one location — theirs.

01

Every branch already exists online — poorly, and without you

Google automatically creates a listing for any business it detects. Without taking control, your branches show up with wrong hours, an outdated number, sometimes a wrong address — and no one at head office knows.

02

One brand, fifty different presentations

When each branch manager runs their Facebook page however they see fit, the network loses its consistency: different logos, different tones, different promises. Customers no longer recognise the brand from one city to the next.

03

Customer reviews that no one handles

Reviews come in branch by branch and go unanswered. A low rating on a single branch weighs on the reputation of the whole network, and head office has no consolidated view to react.

What we put in place

Four levers, a single source of information.

Store locator and local pages

A directory of your locations on your site, and a dedicated page per branch: address, hours, available services, directions. Every page ranks on "brand + city" searches.

Distribution on SenPages

Every branch gets its own listing on SenPages, the reference directory of Senegalese businesses: 16,000+ businesses, 200+ categories, 100K+ visitors per month. It is our own platform — publication is immediate and we are accountable for it.

Presence management

Address, hours, phone, photos: the information is entered once centrally and distributed to SenPages, to each branch’s Google Business Profile listing, to Facebook and to your site. A change in opening hours propagates everywhere.

Consolidated reputation management

All the reviews from every branch in a single view, with the rating per location. Head office sees immediately which branch is struggling, and replies stay aligned with the brand’s guidelines.

In-branch appointment booking

For service networks — banking, microfinance, insurance, healthcare — a calendar per branch, published on the site and on the Google listing. The customer picks their branch and time slot without going through a call centre.

Geo-targeted campaigns

Campaigns targeted at each branch’s catchment area, with a budget arbitrated centrally. An opening in Ziguinchor is not promoted to someone browsing from Dakar.

WhatsApp Business per branch

In Senegal, the first instinct for contact is WhatsApp. Every branch has its own professional number, visible from its local page and its Google listing.

How a rollout works

Clean-up first, the storefront second.

01

Network inventory

We map out your actual branches and the listings that already exist online — including those Google created automatically without your knowledge, and duplicates.

02

Taking control and cleaning up

Claiming unclaimed listings, merging duplicates, correcting addresses and hours. It is the most thankless step, and the one that produces the fastest gains.

03

Setting up local pages

The store locator and a page per branch are published on your site, using the data consolidated in the previous step.

04

Central console and handover

Your teams manage everything from a single back office. We train head office and, if you wish, a regional point of contact.

Frequently asked questions

From five locations onward, manual management becomes costly: five Google listings, five sets of hours, five review streams. Below that, our website creation and SEO offers are usually enough.

Google automatically generates a listing as soon as it detects a business. We claim them on your behalf, merge duplicates and correct the information. That is almost always where the most visible errors sit.

You decide. The common model: structural information (name, address, hours, brand guidelines) stays locked at head office, while local news and review replies can be delegated branch by branch.

The inventory and clean-up of listings depend on the number of branches and the state of what already exists — it is the longest step. Launching the store locator and local pages follows quickly once the data is consolidated.

Not necessarily. The store locator and local pages can be added to an existing site. A rebuild is only justified if the current site technically prevents creating per-branch pages.

SenPages is the directory of Senegalese businesses that we operate — 16,000+ businesses listed, over 100,000 visitors per month. On Google we are a petitioner: validation delays, rules that change. On SenPages we decide, publication is immediate, and it is the only channel on which we can commit to the presence and accuracy of your listings. Every listing links back to the branch’s local page on your site.

The change is made once, centrally: the local page, the store locator and the Google listing follow. A poorly declared closure leaves customers at a closed door and generates lasting negative reviews.
