Background

La P.I.P.E. — Prévention, Incendie, Panique, Explosion — is a Senegalese fire safety company. It sells and installs equipment (ELIDE FIRE® extinguishing balls, extinguishers, hose reels, detection and alarm systems) and offers training, audits, hazard studies, safety notices, site surveillance and fire-truck rental to businesses, public buildings and industrial sites. The site needed to present this technical range and allow customers to request a quote online.

The challenge

“How do we present our whole range of equipment and services, and let a customer request a quote in a few clicks?”

Our solution

1. 1Catalogue of 13 products in 7 categories — extinguishing balls, extinguishers, fixed fire networks, detection and alarm, signage and evacuation, automatic extinguishing, defibrillator — with search and category filter
2. 2Detailed page per product: reference, description, specifications, "Request a quote", "Order on WhatsApp" and "Call" buttons, and a downloadable data sheet on 6 of them
3. 3Three-step quote request page — need, contact details, site — where visitors pick from the 13 products and 6 services, and send by email or via WhatsApp
4. 4Six service pages — training, safety notices, audits, hazard studies and internal operations plan, site surveillance, fire-truck rental — and a page presenting the firm
5. 5Blog of 13 articles, a 25-photo gallery, a strip of 19 partner logos, and a fully bilingual French / English site

Impact

La P.I.P.E. now has an online catalogue of its 13 products, six service pages and a quote request page by email or WhatsApp, all in French and English.
